Hire Agreement: Terms & Conditions

1. HIREAGE
– Customer/s has agreed to hire from Prop Weasel the items listed on the quote/invoice and,
if applicable, to obtain services from Prop Weasel as detailed on the quote/invoice
– Customer/s will pay the hire fee for term indicated, whether or not equipment is used and will pay the hire fee for each continuation term, which shall be due up to complete equipment return to Prop Weasel
– Standard hire period is three days

2. PAYMENT POLICY
– A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
– Minimum spend of of $30 (not including refundable bond)
– $50 Bond is required; amount may change depending on how much stock has been hired
– Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation
– All invoices must be paid in full before set up/pick up of the order
– Prop Weasel reserves the right to apply the bond payment to cover any sums due in respect
of damage, loss, extended hire and delivery charges. The sum will be refunded back upon
return of items in good condition

3. FORMS OF PAYMENT
– Bank deposit; ANZ account number supplied on invoice

4. DAMAGED/MISSING/LOST ITEMS
– All rental items remain the sole property of Prop Weasel
– The customer is entirely responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the items from the time
of pickup/delivery to return after the event
– Customer/s agrees to pay for damages to materials i.e. breakage, tears, rips, holes, ink or
wax stains or burns to items etc
